قبول الشروط

باستخدامك تطبيق «هات معاك»، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.

الخدمة

«هات معاك» تطبيق يتيح لأفراد العائلة إنشاء قائمة تسوّق مشتركة وإضافة الأصناف إليها كتابةً أو صوتاً ومتابعة ما تم شراؤه.

حسابك

يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 عاماً على الأقل لإنشاء حساب. أنت مسؤول عن دقّة بياناتك وعن الحفاظ على سرّية كلمة مرورك وعن النشاط الذي يجري عبر حسابك.

عند دعوتك لأفراد عائلتك، أنت مسؤول عمّن تدعوه؛ ويمكن لأعضاء العائلة الاطّلاع على القائمة المشتركة والمساهمة فيها.

الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة: لا استخدام غير قانوني، ولا محاولة لتعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إليها، ولا جمع بيانات المستخدمين الآخرين، ولا هندسة عكسية أو استخلاص آليّ للمحتوى.

المحتوى الخاص بك

تبقى قوائمك وبياناتك ملكاً لك. تمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجتها لغرض تشغيل الخدمة فقط، وفق ما توضّحه سياسة الخصوصية.

الخطط والاشتراكات

يوفّر التطبيق خطة مجانية بحدود استخدام معيّنة، وقد نوفّر خطة مدفوعة بمزايا إضافية. تُعرَض تفاصيل أي اشتراك مدفوع وأسعاره قبل الشراء، وتخضع عمليات الدفع والتجديد لشروط مزوّد الدفع الذي نستخدمه.

توافر الخدمة

نقدّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات. قد نغيّرها أو نوقف بعض ميزاتها من وقت لآخر، ونسعى لتقليل أي انقطاع.

حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة.

الإنهاء

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.

تغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Acceptance of terms

By using Hat Ma’ak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Hat Ma’ak lets family members create a shared shopping list, add items by typing or voice, and track what has been bought.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account.

When you invite family members, you are responsible for whom you invite; family members can see and contribute to the shared list.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access, no harvesting other users’ data, and no reverse-engineering or automated scraping.

Your content

Your lists and data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans & subscriptions

The app offers a free plan with certain usage limits, and we may offer a paid plan with additional features. The details and price of any paid subscription are shown before purchase, and payments and renewals are subject to the terms of the payment provider we use.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change it or discontinue features from time to time, and we aim to minimise any disruption.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
